Fluid Handling Systems I
After number of years of research and development, Diafiltration and Protein Separation System is now available. Constructed of durable materials and easy to operate, the System is designed to function by using either hollow fiber or flat membrane from different sources.
This Tangental Flow Diafiltration System for research, development and manufacturing is used for microfiltration and ultrafiltration processing.
The same System is well suitable for protein separation technologies.
It consists of the Digital Pump, Digital Pressure Monitor and Disposable Flow Path.
Digital pump is able to accommodate peristaltic tubing with flow rates between 4 ml/min and 32000ml/min
Digital Pressure Monitor comes with a Relay Cable that connects the monitor to the Pump Drive, a transformer, three pressure transducers for reading inlet, outlet and permeate pressures and calculating a transmembrane pressure.
Spectrophotometer is offered as an option for the processes that will require absorbance reading during membrane separation or for the in line control of the membrane integrity.
Processing volume on this System is from 1 ml to 2000 ml and up to 10000ml depending on the material that is processed.
Fluid Handling Systems II
Manufacturing will start during the second quarter of the 2006 All the component and options from the Fluid Handling System I will be included with the Fluid Handling System II. Processing volume on this System will be from 1LT to 20LT and up to 50 LT depending on the material that is processed.
